Financial Information

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.  We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.  If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at  252-752-6644.   We are always happy to help!

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We participate with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of NC, Delta Dental, United Concordia (National Fee for Service and Advantage Plus) and we are a preferred provider for Cigna. You will be asked to pay your deductible and your portion of your charges they day the service is rendered.  We will estimate as closely as possible, your coverage, but until we actually receive the payment from the insurance company, it is just an estimate.  Other payment arrangements must be made prior treatment.

The fee for your endodontic treatment varies according to the specific tooth involved.  Most treatment are performed at the first visit, however, sometimes the condition of the tooth does not allow the treatment to be completed in one visit.
